Momma's Granola

Ingredients:

- 4 cups rolled oats

- 1.5 cups nuts of choice

- 1/3 cup honey

- 1/3 cup coconut oil

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1 cup dried fruit of choice (coconut, raisins, pineapple, cherries, banana chips, etc)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.

  2. Mix all ingredients except for dried fruit together in a large bowl. Spread out on a sheet pan.

  3. Bake at 275 for 20 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven and mix on sheet pan, lower temp to 250, and bake an additional 30 minutes.

  5. Mix ingredients on sheet pan again, lower temp to 200 and bake for another 15 minutes.

  6. Remove from oven and let cool.

  7. Once cool, add in dried fruit of your choice and any other additions that you desire (sesame, chia, flaxseed, cinnamon, etc)
